Surrey, British Columbia — Tesla will soon be opening a new Service Centre in Surrey, B.C., the automaker announced.
This location will represent the fifth Tesla centre in and around Vancouver, and the second for the City of Surrey itself.
The centre will be located in a new building in the northwestern part of the city at 12021 104 Ave.
According to preliminary reports, the building will reportedly have a showroom at the front along with a large service area at the back.
City records have further revealed that the building is over 63,000 square feet, but that Tesla will only be taking up about half of this space.
The new centre will also have a dedicated overhead service door for easy and convenient drop offs, much like Canada’s first purpose-built Service Centre on Vancouver Island.
The exact timeline for when the centre will be open for business remains unclear, but the automaker is hoping the timeline will fall in the near future.
