High voltage—a summary
CPCPA-certified expert Philippe Bussieres guides us through the challenges and specifics of high-voltage electric vehicle repair. As a pioneer in the field of electric vehicle repair training, Bussieres shares his knowledge of the essential techniques and best practices for working safely with high-voltage systems.
An automotive mechanic by trade, Philippe began his career in 2000 while completing his DVS in auto mechanics. A two-year stint in the heavy vehicle industry added valuable knowledge to his experience. Driven by a passion for challenges, he continues to enhance his skills across various technologies in his work.
Bussieres joined the CPCPA team in 2020 as senior training advisor and now serves as Training Manager. In this role, he acts as a trade specialist, collaborating with others to update training manuals and exams. He also oversees numerous projects, including Compétences VE, as part of his team’s efforts.
