Halifax, Nova Scotia — Next Wednesday, October 9, Collision Repair magazine will be in Halifax, Nova Scotia, for the latest stop on the EV Repair Tour, supported by Fix Network.
Attendees of this free event will discover a wealth of new EV knowledge via our lineup of expert speakers—which includes Brendan Piper, electric vehicle engagement specialist for Clean Transportation.
Piper has spent five years highlighting the environmental, financial and societal benefits of electric transportation to the public via the Next Ride EV outreach program. During his time at Next Ride, Piper has co-led or consulted on 26 fleet studies; published a peer-reviewed paper on fast-charging development in Nova Scotia and engaged with an estimated 8,000 Nova Scotians.
Aside from Piper’s work with EVs, he was also a member of our Royal Navy for 11 years in addition to owning and operating two separate businesses. He also speaks basic Spanish and French and tries to play several instruments—poorly, in his opinion.
