Vancouver, British Columbia — Collision Repair magazine’s EV Repair Tour, supported by Fix Network, made its final stop of the year on Wednesday, where industry representatives from across the sector gathered at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) Burnaby campus to discuss the industry’s path as we shift toward electric vehicles.
Speakers included David Giles of Powered EV Consulting and Consulab; Steve Elder and Jim Berladyn from BCIT; and a panel made up of Wade Bartok, owner of CSN Elite, CSN Elite Xpress and OKTire; Connor Jameson, operations manager for CSN Elite, CSN Elite Xpress and OKTire; Josh Charlton of Pro Auto Recyclers in Abbotsford, B.C.; and Scott Waddle of Precision Auto Service.
All areas of the industry were represented, with shop owners, BCIT students, suppliers, educators and insurers in attendance.
Collision Repair magazine would like to thank our generous sponsors—Fix Network, LKQ Canada, BASF, Centennial College, BCIT, Call2Recycle, Car-O-Liner and Spanesi Americas—for their unwavering support of our event.
